This is the first beta release of winlab for windows (even if it is the version
1.1). It is basically an image viewer for windows, in addition can read and write different image format, my mean is that to also add some features such as filtering and color conversion and maipulation.
Up to now it's only a demo program mainly intended as a windows programming
exercise. So there are a certain number of bug to be fixed.
